๐ŸŒ Where it works

Microsoft 365 works worldwide. Copilot features depend on your plan and licence, and menus can look a bit different between new Outlook, classic Outlook, web and mobile.

5 steps

  1. 1

Stop retyping: collect details once with a Microsoft Forms form.

  2. 2

In Power Automate, build an automated cloud flow: trigger When a new response is submitted, then Excel Online (Business) Add a row into a table. Keep the workbook in OneDrive or SharePoint.

  3. 3

Submit a test response and check the flow run history before you trust it.

  4. 4

In Outlook, set rules for the obvious senders, and use Summary by Copilot (or Summarize) on long threads if you have Copilot.

  5. 5

In Excel, ask Copilot to tidy data, build formulas, charts or PivotTables. Use plan mode to see what it will do first, and have a person check the numbers.
